Wainwright Country Wainwright Walks The first series of Wainwright Walks with Julia Bradbury was a four-part BBC4 series shot in the Lake District. JB walked in the footsteps of famous fell-walker and guide writer Alfred Wainwright (also known as AW). Produced by Skyworks the series included beautiful aerial sequences of the Lakelands including Blencathra and England's tallest mountain Scafell Pike. Wainwright - The Man Who Loved The Lakes is a 1 hour documentary that was last shown on 19 May 2008 on BBC 2.
